We are a leading provider of corporate incorporation, secretarial services, compliance, immigration, PRO, advisory and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) services. As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Business Development Professional to join our team.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven compliance and business development professional to identify and develop new business opportunities in the Compliance and AML services sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, Arabic/French, and have a strong track record of meeting sales targets.

The key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in corporate incorporation (UAE and non-UAE), compliance and AML services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients irrespective of sector or location.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Attending networking and business development events across the UAE to help identify potential clients and arrange meetings with prospects in order to market and explain the service offerings of the firm and associated companies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients’ for all service sectors of the firm.
  • Keep abreast of changes (either in the form of training or self-development) in the regulatory and legal landscape and provide training and update to staff members.
  • Negotiate contracts and close out sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to create effective sales strategies specific to incorporation, compliance, immigration, PRO and AML services.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.

The role will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Experience and personal qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the corporate services, compliance, or AML sectors.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic/French (both written and spoken).
  • A reasonable understanding of corporate incorporation, compliance, immigration and AML regulations and requirements.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in business development with at least 4 years in the UAE.
  • Excellent knowledge of local regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
